30 days after installation.
What features are disabled in the free trial?
The only limitation is that you are limited to only 10 subscribers and there are random messages about the software being a free trial.
Is the source code encrypted?
Yes, the free trial source code is encrypted (using ioncube), however, the source code for the full version is not encrypted (it's open source).
What comes with the free trial version?
A zip file, which contains the installation manual, user manual, install wizard, the encrypted source code.
What support comes with the free trial version of fireBLAST?
Access to our knowledgebase, install manual & user manual is the only support we provide with the free support. We do not
provide phone support for free trials evaluations. We do, however, provide toll-free phone & email support for the full (paid) version.
When I try to run the install wizard, I get an error about missing file "ioncube_loader_xxxx_x.x.so", what do I do?
This file is located in the "ioncube" folder that is included in the trial download package.
What are the minimum server requirements?
